The results of the analysis and it can be concluded that children who experience sexual violence have complex problems in their personal and social lives. This complexity leads to instability in various aspects of life. Likewise, acts of sexual violence committed cannot be separated from the complexity of individual internal instability. Like most individuals, perpetrators of sexual violence are victims of sexual violence in their childhood, then have different orientations and perceptions in response to sexual "sensations" which then they indulge in pornographic content that makes them continue by venting desires on the victim. Therefore, the role of counselors in conducting psychological intervention in fostered children in cases of sexual violence is more complex than that of children or adolescents in general. Because many of them are very defensive against strangers.
