Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of job flexibility and financial compensation on job satisfaction among Grab driver partners in Tulungagung. The sample for this study consists of 100 Grab drivers, selected using purposive sampling, a technique based on specific criteria. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression tests. The findings reveal that job flexibility significantly affects job satisfaction among Grab driver partners in Tulungagung, indicating that higher job flexibility leads to greater job satisfaction. Financial compensation also significantly influences job satisfaction among Grab driver partners in Tulungagung. Furthermore, job flexibility and financial compensation jointly have a significant impact on job satisfaction among Grab driver partners in Tulungagung.
