Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar mengamanatkan sekolah mulai jenjang Pendidikan dasar sampai menengah menggunakan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Pendekatan pembelajaran Sosial Emosional (PSE) adalah pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif oleh seluruh komunitas institusi pendidikan. Proses kolaborasi ini dirancang agar peserta didik, tenaga kependidikan, dan pendidik pada institusi pendidikan memperoleh dan menerapkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap positif. Metode penelitian survey kuantitatif dengan desain expost-facto yang mengungkap tanggapan dan kemampuan  umum guru SMA dalam menyusun asesmen. Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner, tes, dan proyek. Subjek penelitian adalah guru SMA yang berasal dari MGMP Fisika dan Biologi SMA berjumlah 30 orang. Penentuan subjek penelitian digunakan teknik purposive sampling. Kegiatan survei dilaksanakan pada tanggal 27 Juli 2023 sampai 10 Agustus 2023.  Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji N-Gain dan deskriptif persentase, dan analisis kualitatif.  Hasil penelitian: 1) tanggapan responden sangat baik mencapai 98% dari peserta, dan 2) peningkatan pemahaman umum responden terhadap materi dengan N-Gain 0,70 dan 3) penguasaan untuk penyusunan asesmen pembelajaran berbentuk proyek mencapai 84% (sangat baik) dari rentang skor 0-100. Simpulan adalah peningkatan pemahaman guru dalam kategori peningkatan sedang dan penguasaan penyusunan asesmen dalam kategori rerata sangat baik.
