Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes through inquiry model with science process skills to the learning outcomes of students on the subject of dynamic electricity in SMA Negeri 13 Samarinda academic year 2016/2017. Inquiry learning model is a model of learning in which students look for pairs of cards which are the questions/answers before the specified time limit. Inquiry learning model is one model of learning that can facilitate students? critical thinking skills to analyse and solve problems systematically. This study was conducted on 12 April 2016 at SMA Negeri 13 Samarinda. Samples were students of class X-2 which consist of 40 students. Prior to the study conducted by researchers give a pre-test for students. The study is a follow-class research which lasted for 2 cycles. Based on data analysis, the pre-test average value obtained 52. After doing research with a given post-test cycle I obtained an average value of 63,18 and was also supported on the students? activities of science process skills. At post-test cycle II, the average value was 75.
