About the Journal

Dear prospective authors and participants,

Welcome to the International Conference on Green Technology for Environment Sustainability (ICGTES). To submit your manuscript to our conference, you are required to register and submit through our official Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. Please follow the steps below carefully.

Step 1 — Visit the Conference Submission Portal

Please navigate to our official OJS website. The link will be provided in the conference announcement and official email communications. Once on the homepage, locate and click the "Register" button at the top-right corner of the page.

Step 2 — Create Your Account

Fill in the registration form with the following required information:

  • Full name (as it should appear in the publication)
  • A valid email address
  • Institutional affiliation
  • Country of residence
  • Username and password of your choice

Please ensure that the email address you provide is active, as all correspondence — including submission confirmations, review notifications, and acceptance letters — will be sent to this address. Once completed, click "Register" to submit your account details.

Step 3 — Log In to Your Account

After successful registration, log in using your username and password. You will be directed to your personal dashboard.

Step 4 — Begin a New Submission

On your dashboard, navigate to the "Submissions" section and click "New Submission". You will be guided through a five-step submission process:

  1. Start — Select the appropriate section (e.g., Conference Paper) and confirm that your submission meets the conference's author guidelines and checklist requirements.
  2. Upload Submission — Upload your manuscript file in the required format (typically Microsoft Word .doc or .docx).
  3. Enter Metadata — Provide the full title of your paper, abstract, keywords, and the names and affiliations of all contributing authors.
  4. Upload Supplementary Files — If applicable, upload any supporting documents such as figures, datasets, or cover letters.
  5. Confirmation — Review all the information you have entered, then click "Finish Submission" to complete the process.

Step 5 — Monitor Your Submission

Once submitted, you can track the status of your manuscript at any time by logging in to your OJS account and visiting the "Submissions" section. You will also receive email notifications at each stage of the review process.

Important Notes

  • All manuscripts must be submitted in English.
  • Papers should follow the official ICGTES paper template, which is available for download on the conference website.
  • The submission deadline is clearly stated in the conference timeline. Late submissions may not be considered.
  • For any technical difficulties during registration or submission, please contact the conference secretariat at the email address listed on the official website.
