To encourage broad participation and international collaboration, the International Conference on Psychology and Education (ICPE) 2026 offers a flexible and accessible fee structure. Please review the applicable rates below based on your presenter category and institutional affiliation.

Important Notes for Participants:

International Presenters: We are delighted to waive the registration fee for all international presenters to support global knowledge exchange.

Listeners / Non-Presenting Attendees: Attendance is completely free of charge for those who wish to attend the sessions without presenting a paper. However, prior online registration is still required to secure your seat and receive access links (if virtual) or conference materials (if onsite).

Payment & Submission: The registration fee covers the administrative costs of the peer-review process and the publication of your accepted paper in the official conference proceedings. Please ensure your payment is completed before the camera-ready submission deadline to guarantee publication.

Currency: Payments for Indonesian participants are processed in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah). International participants who fall under the "UNESA" or "Non-UNESA" categories (e.g., Indonesian diaspora or specific cases) may contact the committee for alternative payment methods, though the standard USD equivalent is listed for reference.
