Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of the study indicate that digital competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, ease of use of the system has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and both variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of 48.0 percent, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this research model.
