    IMMERSIVE 3: The International Management Conference and Progressive Papers is an international academic forum organized by the Undergraduate Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Surabaya. This conference serves as a platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and students to exchange knowledge, present research findings, and discuss contemporary issues in management and business.

    As a continuation of the previous IMMERSIVE conference, IMMERSIVE 3 aims to strengthen academic collaboration and encourage the development of innovative ideas in management studies. The conference highlights various areas of management, including marketing, human resource management, finance, accounting, entrepreneurship, digital business, sustainability, and strategic management. Through this event, participants are expected to gain broader perspectives on current trends, research development, and practical challenges in the global business environment.

    The proceedings of IMMERSIVE 3 contain selected papers that reflect diverse perspectives and research contributions in the field of management.     IMMERSIVE: The International Management Conference and Progressive Papers is an international seminar organized by the Undergraduate Management Study Program, Surabaya State University. This event is an important forum for academics, researchers, practitioners, and students in the field of management to share knowledge, the latest research results, and in-depth discussions on current issues in management. The proceedings of this event contain a variety of articles related to various aspects of the management discipline, focusing on four main topics: marketing, human resources, finance, and accounting.
