Fenomena Mahasiswa “Kuliah Sambil Kerja” Di Universitas Negeri Surabaya

Abstract

Lecture is an activity by giving lectures or material on higher education. . Work implies carrying out a task that ends
with the fruit of the work that can be enjoyed by the person concerned. An important driving factor that causes people to work is
the need that must be met. Activities in work contain elements of a social activity, produce something, and ultimately aim to meet
their needs. However, behind this indirect goal, people work to get rewards in the form of wages or salaries from their work. So
basically people work, not only to maintain their survival, but also to achieve a better standard of living. In this scientific article,
our group discusses about a student from semester 1 or semester to the end who is conducting lectures at the same time as work or commonly referred to as lectures while working. In this article, our group conducted interviews with three college students who were studying while working. The purpose of the research in this scientific article is to find out the changes in the informants after working while studying, the positive and negative impacts of studying while working, as well as the perspective of students whether doing work while studying is a comparable activity or an activity that only produces fatigue. to students who are resource persons in this scientific article.
