Fenomena Bahasa Jaksel Terhadap Penggunaa Bahasa Indonesia di Kalangan pengguna Twitter dan Instagram

Abstract

The dialect spoken by youths in South Jakarta is popular among students. The South Jakarta language
is widely spoken outside of the immediate Jakarta region. The use of this language combines
Indonesian and English, and certain terms have been shortened and are used in the other way. The
name of the English vocabulary usage is not specific and is frequently used. As a result, the author
looks at the language misused by pupils and the common English words they employ. This study
employs a qualitative descriptive methodology, gathering and scrutinizing online vocabulary. The
purpose of this study is to identify frequently used English words. The researchers discovered a number
of language types that students in this study employed, including student in Surabaya. besides that the
author found that the South Jakarta language was divided into several categories, such as pronouns,
adverbs, adjectives, verbs, acronyms, different words and words that cannot be translated.
