Abstract

Digital marketing can be interpreted as marketing or promotional activities for a brand, product brand or service carried out through digital media. The goal of marketing through digital marketing is to reach as many consumers as possible in a relevant and efficient way so that a company or business person can earn greater profits. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, several entrepreneurs, both large and small, have experienced a significant decline in profits. this makes them have to rack their brains in order to maintain business. And the thing that is taken by business people is to start moving their business through digital media, one of the efforts to increase or expand their business online and reduce loss rates and maximize technology in this quarter. The purpose of this study is to see the impact of the modernization process caused by digital marketing on Madura stall businesses in the Ketintang area. The method used in this research is qualitative. The results of this study indicate that in the digital era, online marketing or digital marketing does not affect (micro, small and medium enterprises) Madura stalls in the Ketintang area
