Abstract

abstract: Women empowerment is one important aspect of creating an inclusive and safe society. One of the efforts made in Jakarta was the introduction of the pink transjakarta bus, which was specifically designed for women. This article analyzes the impact of women's empowerment through these transport initiatives, seeing how these policies provide a sense of security, boost mobility, and empower women in various aspects of life. It is hoped that this study will provide insight into the importance of gender-friendly transport facilities.
