Abstract

This research aims to utilize the LogIn podcast as a medium to explore the perspectives of agnostic groups regarding tolerance. Agnostics are skeptical of absolute truths and prioritize freedom of thought. Using a qualitative method, this study involved in-depth interviews with several agnostic informants who actively listen to the LogIn podcast. The results indicate that most informants view tolerance as a universal value that should be applied regardless of religion or belief. They emphasize the importance of respecting differences as a foundation for creating an inclusive social environment. Additionally, digital media, such as podcasts—particularly the LogIn podcast hosted by Habib Ja’far Al Hadar and Onadio Leonardo—are seen as having significant potential to promote dialogue and values of tolerance not only from a religious perspective but also universally. This study has limitations regarding sample representation and interpretation, thus further research is needed to gain a deeper understanding.
