Abstract

home violence is a contravention of human rights, against the law towards human dignity, and a shape of discrimination. This
violence is often unknown to others. Slavery and imprisonment of women without the opportunity to interact with the wider
community. As a result, many women victims of violence finally succumb and bear the suffering themselves. This is why there is no
public response to the wife's complaints about marital problems. This studies is a descriptive analytical observe the usage of a
qualitative method with secondary statistics and evaluation as the primary supply of statistics. This qualitative research approach
focuses more on process aspects than results. In other words, analytical descriptive research focuses on the problem. A survey is
conducted and the survey results are processed and analyzed. Respondents to the questionnaire from UNESA students about the
Rizky Billar case showed that after the viral incident, most of the cases did not change perceptions about marriage. With a total of
31% of their responses that changed their perception of marriage, and 69% who remained in their perception of marriage. home
violence isn't always only a hassle of gender inequality. This frequently happens because of loss of verbal exchange, disharmony,
financial motives, incapacity to control feelings, incapacity to locate answers to any household troubles, and drunkenness because of alcohol and pills. which should be the responsibility
