Abstract

Indonesian education is in a state of emergency. Not without reason, the results of research conducted by the Ministry of
Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) stated that the Covid-19 pandemic had caused a significant
loss of literacy and numeracy learning. The transition from the conventional learning model to online or online learning causes
learning outcomes to not match the set targets. The loss of learning quality is none other than one of the main causes of the lack of
readiness of Indonesian human resources in using technology during online learning. All elements of education including teachers
as educators and students are required to have readiness in changing existing learning models including readiness to use
technology-based learning media. But in fact, the results of a survey conducted by the Ministry of Education and Culture show
that as many as 60% of educators in Indonesia have not fully mastered information technology. As a result, the learning process
during the Covid pandemic experienced a learning loss and did not reach the target. Departing from one of these conditions
KEMDIKBUD launched a program called the Teaching Campus. Which is currently entering the 3rd generation. The purpose
of this paper is to describe how the process of implementing campus teaching at SD Negeri Poter 2 Bangkalan is. By using
qualitative research methods with an empowerment approach. The theory used in this paper is the theory of ethnometodology by
H. Garfinkel. The results of this paper are in the form of a description of the completion of work programs and efforts to improve
student literacy and numeracy.
