PILKADA DIMASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DITINJAU DARI PERSPEKTIF ADMINISTRASI PUBLIK

Abstrak

Voting in elections is a constitutional right for citizens in a democratic country. election of Regional
Head before the Covid-19 pandemic become, have an impact and undoubtedly require preparation
for implementation. Method in this research used in this research is qualitative with descriptive
analysis. Materials of research writing are taken from literature studies. The research findings explain
two results: (1) The implementation of the Regional Hea Election during the Covid-19 Pandemic and
the constitutional obligations of citizens can still run in a balanced way by implementing strict health
protocol standards for general election participants, voters and election organizers during the
process. ; and (2) From an administrative perspective, all stages of regional head elections are
processes that must be accountable to the public in realizing general elections with integrity and
transparency.
