Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a system that is developed and continues to innovate in the field of study that is made
either on machines or computers that have the same or even more intelligence as humans. Artificial Intelligence
technology is often used, not only one or two AI platforms created by humans to facilitate human work. However,
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has various types and each platform has different uses and functions, this time the author
wants to describe the platforms that are often used by students in university life according to a survey that the
author has conducted. The research method used to determine this phenomenon is a descriptive qualitative
research method with questionnaire data collection techniques by providing questions that can be answered
directly by respondents according to their respective answers. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has the potential to play
an important role in supporting students with learning disabilities and helping them reach their full potential. For
the emotional field of students, the use of AI technology can help build confidence in learning outcomes, as AI
technology can assist learning in a fun and comfortable environment, thus increasing confidence and reducing
anxiety in learning. Class A communication science students use these intelligence tools to simplify their work and
save time. Intelligence technology also does not fully have advantages for students, if we as students who are
literate in technological advances we must be careful of all forms and efforts to access personal data and personal
privacy through the Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform.
