Efektivitas Aplikasi Sayang Warga Sebagai Penunjang Kinerja Kader Surabaya Hebat

Abstract

In the current digital era, it cannot be denied that the use of digital media is increasing rapidly. This is no exception
to various government agencies which use this to carry out e-government in services to the public. As was done by
the Surabaya City government, it created a breakthrough application called Sayang Warga. This web-based
application is still actively used today and the benefits are still being felt by the local community. This research aims
to see the level of effectiveness of the Sayang Warga application as supporting the performance of Great Surabaya
Cadres. The method used in this research is qualitative research, with data collection as follows: (1) making
observations, (2) determining sources and interviews, (3) carrying out documentation and concluding the data.
