Peran Konten TikTok Vina Muliana Dalam Edukasi Dunia Karier Remaja Surabaya

Abstract

In the TikTok application there is a lot of content which of course is not only used as an
entertainment medium, in the TikTok application there are also several content creators who
provide useful education for TikTok users. One of them is Vina Muliana, this content creator
with 7.9 million followers provides a lot of very useful education for TikTok users about the
career world. The purpose of the research is to find out how the influence of Vina Muliana's
TikTok content on the career world education of Surabaya teenagers. This study uses a
quantitative descriptive method by conducting In depth Interviews with several people who
have applied education from TikTok Vina Muliana content. The results and conclusions of
this study explain that the career world education content shared by Vina Muliana's creator
content has a positive impact which makes teenagers able to find out what alternative ways
can be used to support their future careers. The negative impact caused is that imitation or
imitating behavior makes teenagers not think about the functional of an action that will make
individuals far from their true selves. the importance of having a critical mindset towards
something, so that we do not easily fall into or be affected by something. The content on TikTok
should not be used as a reference but only as a reference.
