The use of the internet in today's era is considered very important. The internet is not only used for group purposes but also
for individuals. With the internet, we can all access various kinds of media, for example online media such as online
games. Online games themselves are games that we can play alone or in groups. Online games also have several objectives,
namely communication to organize strategies to achieve victory. The current development of the gaming world requires
communication. This communication also influences social change, because there are two types of communication, namely
positive and negatif. For example, an application that is currently being loved by teenagers is Mobile Legend. Mobile legend is
an online game. With the emergence of this mobile legend game, teenagers have made it a place to get rid of boredom for a
moment. Not only is this game a place to entertain yourself, it can also be used as a place for bullying. This
communication cannot be avoided in the gaming world, negatif behavior is also considered normal for online game players,so
making this online game which aims to relieve stress for the players actually becomes an additional thought. The type of
method we are currently using in research is a qualitative approach to phenomology and the source of our research data is
the results of interviews with several victims who were exposed to toxicity while playing Mobile Legends. From the results of
the research we conducted on September 29 2023, the victims experienced toxicity in the Mobile Legends game in various
forms, one of which was their religion, ethnicity and physique being degraded. The toxic impact of irresponsible individuals
has an impact on the mental health of the victims, although it is not deep, but it is very painful for the victims. In this
research, teenagers who play mobile legend online games often experience toxicity due to quarrels. It would be a shame if
this was not resolved quickly, because it has caused many parties to suffer losses.
