This research describes and analyzes the use of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) in buying and selling transactions among
the people of Surabaya, especially in the Ketintang area. QRIS has become an increasingly common technology used in electronic payments in
Indonesia, and this research aims to understand how QRIS affects transaction patterns, customer convenience. This research method uses a
descriptive qualitative research approach where this research method involves surveys, interviews and data analysis. The research results show
that QRIS has become a popular payment tool in Surabaya, especially in the Ketintang area. The use of QRIS makes transactions easier for
both ordinary people and the UMKM community in the Ketintang area, Surabaya.
