Analisis Framing Pemberitaan Perseteruan Farida Nurhan Dan Food Vlogger Codeblu Di Kompas.Com Dan Viva.Co.Id

Abstract

This research aims to determine the framing of Kompas.com and Viva.co.id's reporting in the feud
case between Farida Nurhan and food vlogger Codeblu. Starting from a food review, it ended in
doxxing and subpoenas. Doxxing is intentionally releasing personal data to the public. The
researcher brought up news about the chaos in the Nyak Kopsah food stall review and the Farida
Nurhan-Codeblu feud by the online mass media Kompas.com and Viva.co.id edition 24-29
September 2023. Framing analysis is an alternative analysis model that can reveal media
differences in expressing the facts. The author uses a qualitative approach and a constructivist
paradigm. The model used in conducting framing analysis is the framing technique by Robert
Entmant with four elements, namely define problems (defining the problem), diagnose cause
(estimate the problem or source of the problem), make moral judgment (make a moral decision)
and treatment recommendation (emphasize resolution). The results of this research, namely
Kompas.com and Viva.co.id, framed the news of the feud between food vloggers well and according
to their respective focuses. Even though there are some differences in presenting the facts, the
essence of the definition and source of the problem is almost the same.
