Strategi Promosi Puskesmas Driyorejo Dalam Mengedukasi Gizi Pada Remaja

This research aims to find out how health promotion strategies can help people know about
various health information or messages, health problems, and how to deal with physical and
non-physical health problems. In this case, Puskesmas Driyorejo uses effective promotion
strategies including fun and interactive nutrition education, the active role of parents and
families, support and facilities at schools, and the use of social media and technology. The
implementation of these strategies is expected to increase the awareness and motivation of
adolescents to maintain a healthy and balanced diet, thus creating a young generation that
has optimal nutritional health. The research method used is a qualitative approach by
conducting interviews with nutritionists at the Driyorejo Health Center as resource persons.
The research results show that Puskesmas Driyorejo uses several effective promotional
strategies to increase youth awareness of the importance of balanced nutrition, such as
nutritious action activities, counseling, and promotion through social media. In order to
improve program effectiveness, it is important to evaluate adolescent nutrition education
promotion strategies. With an accurate and careful evaluation, shortcomings and appropriate
solutions can be found to improve and develop the adolescent nutrition education promotion
program, so that the messages conveyed can reach and successfully influence healthier
behaviors and diets in the younger generation. This study is expected to be a recommendation
as a reference for further research and also a source of knowledge from nutrition education
in adolescents.
