Analisis Perubahan Perilaku Netizen Terhadap Perkembangan Teknologi dalam Film Like & Share

Film is a medium to convey a message to the audience. In the process of making a movie, it is not
very easy and requires time and a very long process is needed, namely the thought process and
the technical process. The thought process is the search for ideas, ideas, and stories that will be
worked on. The technical process is in the form of artistic skills to realize ideas, ideas into a film
that is ready to be watched. Like & Share hits theaters on December 8, 2022 and then re-releases
on Netflix, a digital movie streaming platform. The movie is a collaboration between Starvision
and Wahana Kreator and directed by Gina S. Noer. Like & Share largely tells the story of
sexuality and sexual crimes against women. The low stigma attached to victims of sexual crimes
is accompanied by hate speech that is still inherent in the character of society in voicing opinions.
Moreover, with the advancement of technology, communication has become much easier to do.
Netizens as disseminators of information on social media passively contribute to the perpetrators
of these crimes. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method, which
provides a description of what was studied in the form of a narrative description. The discussion
uses an analysis of Roland Barthes' semiotic theory approach in describing data in the form of
signs to describe changes in netizen behavior since technological developments. The purpose of
this research is to identify the markers along with the meaning of signs as Barthes' procedure in
the movie Like & Share
