Abstract

In the last twenty years, the rapid growth of internet science and technology has had a major impact
on Indonesian society, especially women. This article discusses how Indonesian women use social
media as a platform to share ideas, actively participate and influence social change. Data shows
that more than 76% of Indonesians who use social media are women. They create inspiring,
informative and solutive content on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Twitter, influencing
social change, promoting important issues and inspiring the younger generation. Indonesian women
continue to work and become innovators in various fields despite social pressure and gender
stereotypes. The research method used is social media content analysis. The results show that the
content owned by Indonesian female figures comes from various fields, such as ethics in social life,
critical thinking and journalism, parenting, and workforce education. The results show that the
content inspires, encourages the application of ethics, increases knowledge, and promotes critical
thinking among the public. Indonesian women have played an important role in social media and
positively impacted society through what they write. They have become agents of change who
motivate, inspire, and help improve understanding and ethics in various areas of life
