The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect effects of Organizational Climate and Work Motivation on Employee Performance, with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable. The selection of the Social Service Office in Buleleng Regency, Bali, was based on its duties and functions in handling social and community issues. Data were collected using questionnaires from 57 respondents with an associative approach using quantitative methods. The hypothesis was tested using Smart PLS. The results of this study showed that Organizational Climate had a direct effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Climate had an effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation had an effect on Employee Performance, Work Motivation had an effect on Job Satisfaction, and Job Satisfaction had an effect on Employee Performance. Indirect testing indicated that Organizational Climate affected Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable, and Work Motivation influenced Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable. The findings of this study provided practical and social implications for government agencies handling social and community issues to improve employee performance and create job satisfaction through the creation of an organizational climate and Work Motivation. Further research should use variables in the scope of other MSDM that affect employee performance through job satisfaction.
