Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior, work environment and work motivation on the performance of employees of the Surabaya City Financial and Asset Management Agency. The data for this study were collected through a survey using a questionnaire distributed to 211 employees at the Surabaya City Financial and Asset Management Agency. The sampling technique for this study used Non-Probability Sampling with a saturated sampling method. The approach to this study is a quantitative study using data analysis, namely multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that organizational citizenship behavior has an effect on the performance of employees of the Surabaya City Financial and Asset Management Agency. The work environment has an effect on the performance of employees of the Surabaya City Financial and Asset Management Agency and work motivation has an effect on the performance of employees of the Surabaya City Financial and Asset Management Agency.
