Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor Tandes Surabaya

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work training and motivation on employee performance in the Tande Surabaya Motor Vehicle Testing. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were employees of the Tandes Surabaya Motor Vehicle Testing. The research sample consisted of 30 employees from the administration and testing sections of Tandes Surabaya Motor Vehicle. The data analysis technique employed descriptive statistics using SPSS version 25, specifically the t-test and f-test formulas. The result showed that the training variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And the work motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidence by the hypothesis that has a Tcount value> Ttable or a sig value <0,05, thus the hypothesis is proven.
