Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture, leadership style, and work discipline on employee job satisfaction in the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) of Genteng District, Surabaya City. Using a quantitative approach with a descriptive-causal design, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 22 employees selected via purposive sampling. The data analysis technique employed was multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results showed that (1) Work culture positively and significantly influences job satisfaction; (2) Leadership style has a significant and positive impact; (3) Work discipline attitude also has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. These findings recommend the reinforcement of collaborative work culture, improvements to reward systems, and clearer disciplinary policies to enhance job satisfaction in public organizations.
