ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of e-learning training on the performance of non-civil servant employees at the Lakarsantri Sub-District Office, Surabaya City. E-learning training is a form of training based on information technology that provides flexibility for employees to improve their competencies. Employee performance is measured through indicators such as productivity, work quality, timeliness, work commitment, and adaptability.
This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type. The sample includes all 60 non-civil servant employees at the Lakarsantri Sub-District Office, selected using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²), with prior validity and reliability testing of the questionnaire instruments.
The results of the study indicate that e-learning training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of non-civil servant employees. In other words, the better the implementation of e-learning training, the higher the performance shown by non-civil servant employees. E-learning training has proven to be an effective strategy for improving the quality of human resources in the government sector.
