PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KERJASAMA TIM TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI SEKRETARIAT DINAS PEMADAM KEBAKARAN DAN PENYELAMATAN KOTA SURABAYA

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership, teamwork, and employee performance. The sample was the Surabaya City Fire and Rescue Service. The analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 30. The results showed that simultaneously, leadership and teamwork impact employee performance. While partially, the leadership did not affect employee performance, teamwork affected employee performance. The implications of this study indicate that in the Surabaya City Fire and Rescue Service, employee performance is more influenced by teamwork. This shows that employees will be willing to collaborate to complete their tasks only if employees feel comfortable and supported by the work environment and effective communication between coworkers.
