Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of work motivation, work discipline, and employee performance at the Manukan Kulon Community Health Center. The study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a survey method of 43 respondents from a total population of 75 employees, which was determined using the Slovin formula. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire, which was then analyzed using descriptive statistics to determine the mean value of each variable indicator. The results of the study indicate that the overall level of employee work motivation is relatively high, supported by a conducive work environment, appropriate compensation, and good social relationships. However, weaknesses were identified in the aspects of recognition of work results and clarity of career progression. Work discipline levels are also relatively high, particularly in terms of responsibility and task completion, although improvements are still needed in the aspects of punctuality and compliance with work regulations. Meanwhile, employee performance levels are in the very high category, especially in terms of punctuality, quality of work results, and efficiency in task execution.
