Pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Diklat) dan Kesehatan, Keselamatan, Kerja (K3) Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Surabaya

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of education and training and occupational health and safety (K3) on employee performance at the Fire and Rescue Department of Surabaya City. The sample used in this study consisted of 61 employees from the Fire and Rescue Department of Surabaya City. The results of the study indicate that education and training, and occupational health and safety (K3), simultaneously have an influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, the partial test results show that the variable of education and training  has a positive influence on employee performance, while the occupational health and safety (K3) variable has a positive but not significant influence on employee performance.
