This research aims to determine the influence of creativity on employee performance at the Achievement House under the Social Service Department of Surabaya City. It is deemed necessary to enhance creativity to improve performance, which impacts the quality of services provided. Therefore, this study is conducted to analyze the effect of the independent variable (Creativity) on the dependent variable (Performance). The research method used is quantitative, with a saturated sample of 40 respondents from the employees of the Achievement House. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression. To test the hypothesis, the researcher utilized SPSS. The results indicate that the significance value is less than 0.05. Therefore, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This indicates that the higher the level of employee creativity, the higher the performance demonstrated. Conversely, if employee creativity is low, their performance tends to be low as well
