Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Discipline and on Performance. The unit of analysis in this study was 49 employees of the Lontar Surabaya Health Center. The sampling method in this study used saturated samples. The analysis tool used was multiple linear regression analysis and was carried out descriptively using IBM SPSS 22 software. The results of the study showed that: (1) Transformational Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect on Performance. (2) Discipline had a positive and significant effect on Performance. Employees at the Lontar Surabaya Health Center.
