Abstract

The demand for professionally certified workers in Indonesia continues to increase in line with technological developments and labour market dynamics. PT Inzaghi Gigantara Solusindo, as a training and certification institution in Surabaya, faces both great opportunities and challenges in maintaining its competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to analyse the company's internal and external factors within the framework of strategic management. The method used is descriptive, with data collection techniques involving observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained was analysed using the IFE, EFE, and SWOT matrices, which were operationalised through the TOWS Matrix. The results of the study show that an IFE score of 2.82 places the company in a relatively strong internal position, while an EFE score of 2.84 reflects a good ability to respond to external opportunities and threats. Based on the TOWS Matrix analysis, the recommended strategies include developing digital training programmes based on Industry 4.0 needs, optimising digital management systems, improving post-training services, and strengthening branding to face competition. The research conclusion emphasises that the systematic use of SWOT analysis can serve as an important basis for formulating adaptive, innovative, and sustainable strategic management for training and certification institutions.
