Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Inclusive Leadership on Employee Well Being through Career Satisfaction in employees of PT Aneka Kirana Amertha Surabaya. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The research population was all employees of PT Aneka Kirana Amertha Surabaya with the sample determined using saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software to test the relationship between variables and the mediation effect. The results showed that Inclusive Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Well Being. In addition, this study also proves that Career Satisfaction acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between Inclusive Leadership and Employee Well Being. This shows that inclusive leadership not only has a direct effect on employee well-being, but also through increasing employee career satisfaction.
