This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the Multipurpose Building and Agricultural Shop Business Unit owned by BumDes Bahtera Sejahtera Tambak Beras Village, Gresik, reviewed from the marketing aspect. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection through observations and interviews that have been conducted. The results of the business feasibility analysis from the marketing aspect are said to be feasible, namely having implemented a good marketing mix strategy, having clear segmentation and targeting, and from the SWOT analysis, advantages and opportunities outweigh losses and threats, supporting factors are superior to inhibiting factors, sales potential has increased, and is projected to continue to increase over time.
