Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Adaptabilitas Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan: Peran Mediasi Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi pada Perusahaan Bidang Air Minum
Abstract
This study examines the effects of organizational culture and employee adaptability on company performance through information technology utilization at Public Water Utility Company. Using a quantitative explanatory design with 87 employees, the study employed SEM-PLS for data analysis. The results show that organizational culture does not significantly affect company performance, while employee adaptability has a positive and significant effect on company performance. Organizational culture and employee adaptability both positively and significantly affect information technology utilization. Information technology utilization also has a positive and significant effect on company performance, and it significantly mediates the relationship between organizational culture and company performance, but not between employee adaptability and company performance. The model explains 83.9% of the variance in company performance. These findings highlight the importance of digital utilization and employee adaptability in supporting public service performance.
