Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Fasilitas Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Motivasi Kerja pada Karyawan PT Sucofindo Surabaya

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the work environment and work facilities influence employee performance through work motivation in employees of PT Sucofindo Cabang Utama Surabaya. This research is a quantitative study. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling with samples taken from 50 employees of PT Sucofindo Cabang Utama Surabaya. The statistical analysis used is partial least square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 4 software. The results of this study prove that the work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work facilities have a significant positive effect on employee performance, work facilities have a significant positive effect on work motivation, work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work motivation does not mediate the effect of the work environment on employee performance, and work motivation does not mediate the effect of work facilities on employee performance.
