Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, company growth, dividend policy, and company size on firm value in energy sector company 2021-2024. This study used a purposive sampling technique to select the sample, selecting 58 companies from a population of 70 companies in the energy sector. Data were collected trough on indonesian stock exchange website and companies website and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistic 25. The independent variables consisted of managerial ownership (X1), managerial institutional (X2), company growth (X3), dividend policy (X4), and company size (X5). While, firm value was used as dependent variable (Y). The results show that managerial ownership, institutional ownership, company growth, dividend policy, and company size simultaneously influence firm value. Meanwhile, the independent variable, managerial ownership has a positive effect on firm value. Institutional ownership has no effect on firm value. Company growth has no effect on firm value. Dividend policy has a positive effect on firm value. Company size has no effect on firm value.
