Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the impact of corporate governance on firm value, with corporate social responsibility (CSR) serving as a mediating variable, focusing on infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2022–2025 period. The study seeks to clarify the nature of the influence of corporate governance on firm value. Quantitative data derived from secondary sources were utilized. The study population comprises all infrastructure companies operating during the 2022–2025 period, and the sample was selected using the purposive sampling method. Multiple regression analysis was conducted using SPSS version 26 software. The results indicate that corporate governance—specifically the aspect of institutional ownership—influences firm value. Conversely, the size and meeting frequency of the board of commissioners do not affect firm value, nor does corporate social responsibility. Furthermore, the findings reveal that corporate social responsibility does not mediate the relationship between corporate governance and firm value.
