AUTHOR GUIDELINES

1. Scope and Manuscript Suitability

Authors prepare manuscripts based on a specific scientific framework aligned with the conference scope. The manuscript must present an original scientific contribution in fields such as data science, artificial intelligence, information technology, education, digital economy, or sustainability.

The manuscript must demonstrate:

• Novelty
• Empirical relevance
• Methodological or practical contribution

2. Manuscript Structure

Authors organize the manuscript systematically using the standardized IMRaD format.

2.1 Title

Authors formulate a concise and informative title with a maximum length of 15 words. The title must reflect the main variables and research context.

2.2 Abstract

Authors write the abstract in a single paragraph with a length of 200–250 words. The abstract must include research objectives, methods, key results, and implications.

Authors provide 3–5 relevant keywords.

2.3 Introduction

Authors explain the research background using a deductive approach based on established theories and prior studies. Authors identify the research gap explicitly and state the research objectives clearly.

2.4 Methodology

Authors describe the research design in detail. Authors explain:

• Data type
• Data collection techniques
• Analytical methods
• Models or algorithms used

Authors ensure that the study can be replicated based on the methodological description.

2.5 Results and Discussion

Authors present results systematically using relevant tables or figures. Authors interpret findings based on theoretical frameworks and compare them with previous studies.

2.6 Conclusion

Authors present conclusions directly based on the main findings. Authors avoid repetition and include implications or future research directions.

3. Formatting Requirements

Authors follow these formatting standards consistently:

• Manuscript length: 10-15 pages
• Language: Academic English
• Font: Times New Roman, 10–12 pt
• Spacing: Single spacing
• Paper size: A4 with 2.5 cm margins

Authors must use the official conference template provided by the organizer.

4. Citation and References

Authors apply IEEE or APA citation style as specified by the conference. Authors ensure that references are derived from reputable scientific publications such as Scopus- or WoS-indexed journals.

Reference requirements:

• Minimum 15 references
• At least 70% from the last 5 years
• Prioritize international journal articles

5. Publication Ethics

Authors guarantee that the manuscript is original and free from plagiarism. Authors do not submit the same manuscript to multiple publication venues simultaneously.

Authors ensure that:

• All listed authors have significant contributions
• All sources are properly cited
• Data and findings are valid and accountable

6. Submission Process

Authors submit manuscripts through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. Authors complete the following steps:

1. Register an account
2. Log in to the author dashboard
3. Upload the manuscript using the provided template
4. Complete article metadata
5. Confirm and submit

7. Review Process

Editors conduct an initial screening to assess scope alignment and basic quality. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on methodological rigor, scientific contribution, and clarity.

Authors revise the manuscript according to reviewer comments within the specified timeframe.

8. Publication

Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings with an ISBN. Selected papers may be recommended for further publication in indexed journals.
