Abstract
This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of the Horticultural Agriculture Business Unit owned by the Singkalan Community Group in terms of marketing aspects. The research method used in this research is qualitative method with data collection through observation and interviews.
The results of the analysis of Business feasibility from the marketing aspect are said to be feasible, namely having implemented a marketing mix strategy, having clear segmentation and targeting, from SWOT analysis the advantages and opportunities are more than the disadvantages and threats, more supporting factors than inhibiting factors, potential and sales have increased, and are projected to continue to increase.
