This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at Puskesmas Tanah Kalikedinding Surabaya. The research population consisted of 65 employees, and the sampling technique used was a saturated sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the IBM SPSS 21 software. The findings indicate that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Leaders who inspire, motivate, and support their staff can improve work outcomes. Discipline also shows a positive impact, where adherence to rules, punctuality, and responsibility lead to better performance. Similarly, work motivation significantly contributes to employee performance. Motivated employees tend to work harder, show greater initiative, and are more committed to achieving organizational goals. This research highlights the importance of leadership, discipline, and motivation in enhancing employee productivity in public health services. Improving these factors can be an effective strategy for boosting performance and achieving institutional objectives.
