Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline and supervision, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance. The study was conducted in Sambikerep District, Surabaya City with a total sample of 42 employees. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of research used is explanatory research. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and the results are analyzed using SPSS Version 22. The results of the study are 1) The work discipline variable (X1) individually has a positive and significant effect on the performance variable (Y). 2) the work supervision variable (X2) individually has a positive and significant effect on the performance variable (Y). For further researchers, because the sample is too small, it is better for further researchers to expand the sample by focusing on agencies or companies with high work discipline and work supervision.
