Implementasi Kemudahan Proses Pendaftaran dan Bukti Fisik Dalam Menunjang Kepuasan Pasien di UPTD Puskesmas Wiyung

Abstract

This study aims to describe the ease of the registration process and the provision of physical evidence of services as factors supporting patient satisfaction at healthcare facilities. Using a descriptive quantitative method with data from 200 outpatient respondents, this study shows that most patients find the registration process at Wiyung Community Health Center easy and efficient. Physical evidence also provides security and comfort, increasing patient trust in the services.
