The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of organizational culture and non-physical work environment on employee performance at the Surabaya City National Unity and Politics Agency. The data for this study were collected through a survey using a questionnaire distributed to 51 employees of the population at the Surabaya City National Unity and Politics Agency. The sampling technique for this study used Non-Probability Sampling with a saturated sampling method. The approach to this study is a quantitative study using data analysis, namely multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implications of the results of this study are that through a good organizational culture such as innovation, work orientation, concern between employees, and a non-physical work environment such as providing comfort and security can improve employee performance.Downloads
