Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Teknologi Informasi dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor di Pengujian Sarana Wiyung Surabaya

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Leadership Style and Information Technology on the Performance of Motor Vehicle Testing Employees at the Wiyung Surabaya Facilities Testing. The sample in this study was all motor vehicle testing employees at the Wiyung Surabaya Facilities Testing, totaling 50 people. The analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23.

The results of the study indicate that simultaneously the independent variables have an influence on employee performance. Likewise, partially, the results obtained that Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and Information Technology has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance..
