Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of training and work environment on the work motivation of employees at the Surabaya City Fire and Rescue Departement. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 101 respondents selected through random sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis was used Statistical Package for the School Sciences (SPSS). to examine both the simultaneous and partial effects of training and work environment variables on work motivation. The results indicate that both training and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee motivation, both individually and collectively. These findings suggest that improving the quality of training and enhancing the work environment can serve as strategic efforts to increase the work motivation of employees at the Surabaya City Fire and Rescue Department.
